Program Period 2007 – 2016

NNC attained considerable success in protecting, providing care, educating for the improvement of life for people with disabilities in Binh Dinh Province.

The ongoing development of NNC signified cooperation between Government, Community and Families at varying degrees. As a private organization, we had to confront many difficulties in financing to ensure adequate funding for education and training. As a result NNC in 2008 had to relinquish Phase 1, Education and Training to the Department of Education in Binh Dinh. We hoped that through local government funding sources Phase 1 would continue to grow and perform better than it had during the years when administered by NNC.

As we continue to develop Phase 2, Post-Education and Training, to create new opportunities for disadvantaged people who have difficulties seeking and gaining employment. Our goal is to provide effective sustainable integration into the community. To do that the NNC moved to a new location from where we have been officially operating since October 2008: 91A Dong Da - Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh – Viet Nam.

Despite many adversities and obstacles, as well as the transfer loss of Phase 1 we continue educate and train more than 150 people with Special Needs.
